Welcome to my website that traces my current and past activity over more than 30 years. Many of you may be interested to catch up with a bit of a retrospective of AC/PVC, so I've dug into my archives and come up with a story and photos of that amazing time. Likewise with Nova Ensemble, who I played with for some 15 years.
In recent years, my primary group has been Eastwinds, a five-piece featuring an Estonian singer, an Iranian ney (flute) player, a Japanese didge player, a UK-born guitarist and myself.
On an occasional basis I also play in a quartet with young Indian sarod player, Praashekh Borkar, also a flexible lineup with singer/songwriter, Jamie David in Miracle Band X, and in young Peruvian guitarist, Eduardo Cossio's quartet. I also continue to play from time to time with the group I co-founded, Ozmosis and its off-shoot, Ozmosis Street Band, performing on Catalan folk reed instruments called grallas.
As it has been for over a decade, my mainstay performing venue continues to be the Gypsy Tapas House in Fremantle WA. Over the years I have played on a longterm residency basis with The Flying Carpathians, Daramad, Club Qahira and currently with the bands mentioned above.
